THE BEVERLY MCKAY OFFICE TECHNOLOGY SCHOLARSHIP

Beverly McKay, a former Office Technology Assistant Professor at Morrisville State College, along with her husband, generously contributes money each year to be distributed to an Office Administration student.  Morrisville’s Office Administration Department faculty  presents this yearly scholarship totaling five hundred dollars ($500.00) during the spring semester's Office Administration Club luncheon in April.

Office Administration students may apply for this Scholarship between the dates of March 1 – March 31 of that school year.  No application documents will be accepted after April 1.  The eligibility criteria that a student must provide or complete in order to be considered a candidate for this scholarship is as follows:

A Review Committee (which consists of School of Business personnel) will process this information and award the following money to the top candidates as follows:

                 $300.00 – First Place Candidate

                                         $200.00 – Second Place Candidate

In the event a tie is acknowledged by the Review Committee, whereby two applicants have equally illustrated their dedication and loyalty towards their educational goals here at Morrisville State College, two awards may be given of equal value.  (first place -- $300.00; 2nd place -- $200.00) .

If only one candidate is selected for this annual Scholarship, that candidate will receive the full $500.00 award.
